Problem: A local school system faced a problem of having Vinyl Asbestos Tile throughout the building. The cost of removal and remediation was more than the cost of the new flooring.

Solution: Hightech Performance Coatings encapsulated the V.A.T. with a synthetic gypsum overlay system with a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer. A decorative flake floor matching school colors was installed revitalizing the entire building into beautiful high wear flooring system with minimal maintenance requirements.
